“Brian is ‘the man!’ He has been working on my system for years now and has rescued me every time. I have bought hardware from him and it’s always the best. Most recently he really saved me after I got scammed/hacked. What a mess that was (my own fault), but he fixed it and even improved my system from what it had been. I always recommend Brian to anyone who needs computer sales or service“.

Be aware that Microsoft or Apple Support never calls customers randomly, this is a scam!
Never call the number on your screen for support with a pop-up window.
Do not let anyone you do not know personally remote into your computer.
The newest scam is demanding money and if you refuse to pay for the remote repair, the scammers will password lock your computer.
If you are stuck on a page you cannot close, use the keyboard combination “alt” and F4″ buttons to force close the internet page.

“I found level1pc on the internet. Brian was quick to call back, had me bring my laptop in that day and called me later to give me an update on what he found. unfortunately, my laptop was fried from hot tea being spilled on it. But the next day Brian had me all hooked up with a refurbished laptop and a blue tooth speaker to go with it. Prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking for computer repairs. I’m keeping him on my speed dial!“

“I found Brian on Google when I was looking for a TV repair. Even though TV’s are not his real business, Brian said “Bring it right over”. In a little more than 2 hours it was fixed. I picked it up, took it home, and hooked it back up. That’s great service! Thanks, Brian!”

“We’ve been going to Brian for years and bought two Mac’s from him and both times we weren’t disappointed. He explains things to people who are not tech savvy (me) in a language that I can understand. We highly recommend Brian for his prompt and expert service.”

I had issues with my phone that neither Verizon nor the Apple Store were able to resolve for me. I went to Level 1 PC because I had heard positive things about it. I really wasn’t expecting that there was a solution after my experiences with Verizon and Apple, but Brian knew right away what the problem was.
Brian not only recognized the problem, but he helped me solve it. He was patient and understanding even though I’m not a technical person. It was a level of support I would never have expected after I had already expended significant time and effort without getting any help at all. Since then, Brian has consulted on some other IT projects and he’s always knowledgeable and professional.”
